Conference to review the contents and work done in the cooperation agreement between the two companies ASHIO - TCO

On the afternoon of July 25, 2022, Asia Investment and Asset Management Joint Stock Company (ASHICO) cooperated with Tan Cang Offshore services JSC (TCO) to organize the "Conference to review the contents of the project and the work done in the cooperation agreement between the two company ASHIO - TCO" at OPUS Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. 

Implementing the cooperation agreement signed on 11th August 2020, from August 2020, TCO Company and ASHICO Company have actively promoted their strengths to develop cooperation relationships and achieve results in the following areas:

1. Supplying multi-purpose oil and gas service ships, rescue-rescue
2. Provide security guard ship, seismic survey protection
3. Providing tugboats to support port operations
4. Providing food delivery services for ships, airline tickets, hotels
5. Provide ship management, crew supply, agency, and logistics services

At the conference, the Board of Directors and representatives of departments of the two companies shared the advantages - disadvantages of the cooperation process and made proposals - recommendations for the upcoming cooperation of the two companies. In addition, both units also exchanged and oriented new cooperation directions in areas such as:

1. Research together to invest in small tugs to improve the ability to supply this type of vessel to the Vietnamese market
2. Cooperation in providing and using Logistics services with high-quality service and competitive prices in the domestic transport market and international shipping agency services
3. Cooperate to expand the network of intern recruitment in the southern provinces for ASHICO HR
4. Cooperate to invest resources of YICO company to implement industrial and commercial real estate projects in Thanh Hoa.
